Objectives:
• To be the preferred supplier of General and Business Aviation
parts and accessories.
• Quality; Get it right first time and strive for continual improvements.
• To ensure our customer service consistently exceeds customer
expectations, profitably
and to actively promote Adams Aviation to potential customers.
•
Collectively achieve a minimum of £700,000 per month
for the next 12 months.
| GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE OF JOB: |
| To provide existing and potential
customers with the highest level of service possible, supplying
their requirements quickly,
efficiently and competitively. |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: |
Answering phones as a priority.
Sales of all products to customers; catalogue and stock items.
Location and sale of non-stock items.
Provide support and assistance to everyone in sales.
Make sales calls and visits as required.
Make deliveries to customers as required.
Dealing with customers’ technical enquires.
Assist with Credit Control.
Promotion of Adams Aviation as a supply company.
Assist with participation at exhibitions as required.
Work to targets from Appraisals.
Recording of all Quality Issues within Qpulse.
Attend training and continue to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Work to Company’s Quality Manual and Handbook at all times.
Tasks as decided by the management.
Keeping own work area clean and tidy.
Contributing to the cleanliness of communal areas. |
| REQUIREMENTS: |
“ Native” level language,
appropriate to territory.
Report effectively to Line Manager and senior colleagues.Work
with all colleagues, Managers and Directors towards achieving
all of the company’s objectives.
Comply with Export & ITAR Regulations.
Work to Company’s Quality Manual and Handbook at
all times.
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of
equipment.
Be physically and mentally capable of completing the activities / tasks listed
above.

To get the right goods to the right people at the right time
at the right cost with the right paperwork and in the right condition.
•
To deliver the customer requirements on time 98% of the time
or better over a
period of 12 months.
| GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
OF JOB: |
| To process all incoming goods. |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: |
Unload and receive all incoming goods.
Check for visual damage.
Check goods received conform to outgoing purchase order.
Check incoming release paperwork conforms to requirement.
Allocate batch number to incoming goods and paperwork.
Complete non-conformance report for any non-complying goods.
Control of supplier non-conformance reports.
Control of incoming certificates.
Maintain and monitor quarantined goods.
Book stock items onto computer.
Other warehouse duties as required.
Attend training and continue to develop relevant knowledge,
techniques and skills.
Work to targets from Appraisals.
Recording of all Quality Issues within Qpulse.
Work to Company’s Quality Manual and Handbook at all
times.
